Stay tuned for the presentation...
Earlier, Galle Gladiators struggled to start well with the bat losing five wickets in the Powerplay. Imad Wasim and Movin Subasingha steadied the ship to help Galle Gladiators recover from that shaky start. The pair stitched a 65-run stand to resurrect the Galle Gladiators innings. However, the end of the partnership meant Galle Gladiators lost their way and failed to end up with a competitive total on the board.
Galle Gladiators needed their bowlers to take some early inroads to have any chance of defending the total. But they failed to do so as they were put under pressure by the Kandy Falcons openers in the Powerplay. With not a big target to defend, Galle Gladiators were behind the eight ball right from the start and in the end, were unable to defend the target.
An easy win for Kandy Falcons!  Kandy Falcons were off to a flying start while chasing a low total. Andre Fletcher made his intentions clear straightaway and took on the opposition bowlers. After his departure, Pathum Nissanka kept the scoreboard ticking along with Kamindu Mendis. The latter's knock of 44 runs from 34 balls helped his side cruise home with five overs to spare.

Another good inswinging yorker, on leg, Kamindu Mendis gets beaten and the ball hits him on the pads. There is a stiffled appeal for LBW, but turned down. 12 runs needed in 36 balls now!

A slower one now, on a length and on middle, Kamindu Mendis knocks it back towards the bowler.
